ADOLF MATURA – DESIGNÉR SKLA, PŘEDNÁŠKA A KOMENTOVANÁ PROHLÍDKA

The work of Adolf Mature is undoubtedly one of the leading manifestations of Czechoslovak glass design of the 1950s to 1970s. The lecture (and followed by a commented tour of the exhibition in the foyer of the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design) will present Matur's work, which belonged to representative demonstrations of Czech glass art at the Triennial in Milan or Expo 58 in Brussels. It will also bring its activities to the head of the artist Výbok and the versatile design cooperation with Czech glassworks. It also focuses on the main area of ​​Graduation - the design of pressed glass.
