„Co sa stalo, přihodilo" | Adventní koncert sboru MOP
"What happened, happened" | Advent concert of the MOP Choir
Event by: Musica Oeconomica Pragensis
Location: The Church of saint Wenceslaus in Bohnice, Prague 8
About event
The choir of VŠE Musica Oeconomica Pragensis has prepared a varied mix of compositions for this year's Advent concert.
The concert will feature spiritual works mainly from the 20th century and more or less Christmas-themed spirituals. Well-known carols will be heard, but also those that are not among the classic Christmas hits. The choir is not afraid to experiment. You will go to Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom for music, and maybe even a well-known song will be heard in a non-traditional arrangement.
As guests, the choir invited the Chamber Philharmonic Quintet, composed of members of the Prague Chamber Philharmonic, who will ideally complement the program with instrumental music. Admission is voluntary.
