About event
We are pleased to announce the opening of regular dance class "Afro Connections Dance Hub". It is a specific colabo-format, with individual blocks alternately lead Kateřina Szymanski and Vero Uhlířová. 2025, every Monday 19 - 21h. Polyrythmic structures.
Why percussion and rhythms? Because everything is a rhythm or cycle - sunrise and sunset, inhale and exhale, heart beat, speech we are talking about, tram stops, doors and windows on the houses we pass. The human body is a system in a polyrythmic arrangement, as well as the communities we live in, as well as the rhythms we work with in the lessons - resting in the dancing dialogue at the present moment as it is.
Levac_studio8, Na Košince 8, Prague 8
about 8 minutes walk from the tram stop Libeňský chateau
Info and applications: Veronika Uhlířová, [email protected], 721 225 778
cycle (9x 2h dance with live music). 400, - one -off admission. work.
Kateřina Szymanski
performer, dancer, researcher and guide to the world of moving structures. It is physiologically and emotionally (the body of the individual/body).
