About event
Improvisational theater is like a vacation for your head - get out of the routine and into the experience.
In this 2-hour workshop we combine after-work relaxation with a good dose of fun.
What awaits you? Train spontaneity and react in the moment Bring lightness and humor into everyday life Discover new sides of yourself in a playful way Learn to celebrate mistakes and go out of your comfort zone And above all: lots of laughter - the best anti-aging!
After the 2 hours you can stay and end the evening together with a drink.
Who is the workshop suitable for?
For everyone who already has some improv experience and wants to let off steam in a playful way
After the 2 hours, there is often the opportunity to sit together relaxed and end the evening in a relaxed manner - depending on your mood and the situation.
Who leads the workshop? I'm Marta, I'm from Barcelona, I've been living in Berlin since 2007 and I've been doing improvisational theater since 2013 - with performances, my own shows and workshops. For me, improv is not just theater, but an invitation to see life with more flexibility and joy.
