Almost everyone who hasn't been living in a cave for the past two years has encountered an AI. Using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Anthropic is slowly becoming the daily bread of every entrepreneur. But do you know what the implementation of AI in their processes means specifically for companies, what benefits it has in practice or what are the legislative hooks and requirements?

What's in store for you?
From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the "Na Ostro" workshop, we will focus together on the practical aspects of current legislation in the field of artificial intelligence. This workshop is intended for everyone who wants to be in compliance with the AI Act and not get lost in the flood of information. We will discuss case studies practically, with an overlap into copyright. If you are looking for training that will help you orient yourself in this dynamic area, this course is just for you.
Lawyers Pavla Nečasová and Hana Krajčíková from Preegal advokátní kancelář s. r. o. will guide you through the workshop.

The program continues with a series of lectures ( from 13:00 to 16:30), which will be focused on the practical implementation of AI in companies. You will look at specific case studies of AI applications with the aim of showing how exactly engagement can work and what requirements are needed for this in companies. One of the lectures will also focus on the topic of existing legal jurisprudence - how courts in the Czech Republic and Europe decide on the issue of artificial intelligence, copyright, etc.
