About event
A course for everyone who wants to get to know Aikido or deepen their first experiences with it. It comprises two training sessions of 90 minutes over 90 minutes and a tea break in which you can also talk to the coaches. The basic idea of the seminar is: "Learning slowly means learning faster." The following content is dealt with in training:
- Functional gymnastics and breathing exercises
- are familiar with the floor, in a variety of rolling movements. …)
-Simple Aikido techniques in partner exercises.
The inherent principles are explained and implemented in motion.
