About event
Aimee Zia
Aimee Zia Hasan is a young artist, painter and musician originally from London living in Zlín. She graduated from the painting at the School of Applied Arts in Uherské Hradiště and is currently studying in the studio of painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Brno. In her work, Aimee deals with contextual human interaction, personification of objects and environmental impacts. It also examines the topics of existence, essence and organicity. Most of her art works are oil paintings, but Aimee likes to experiment with other media and techniques. These themes are intertwined in both her art and musical and poetic. As a vocalist, composer and lyricist, she has an Aimee eclectic and organic creative style. Her songs, which are synthesis of authorial poetry, atmospheric music compositions and playful vocal, are characterized by genre experimentation and transcendence. Lush
through alternative rap with elements of Aldo Lush's psychedelia combines sincere introspection with absurd humor, analog dust with electronic detergent and a varied instrumental collage with pathological pursuit of Groov.
