About event
Those who watch the Ajeet concerts can expect an experience of connection and ritual music, and exuberant kingdoms of celebration and liberation. The audience feels that it moves and breathes as if it were one with music, traveling through meditative spaces, inner kingdoms, and then raising together in dance and rhythm. The intention of Ajeet's music is healing and connection; A collective and intertwined experience more than one acting.
The band uses elements of Latin and African percussion by Raffa Martinez, born in Spain. Aisling Urwin, born and raised in Kerry, Ireland, guides us to other world kingdoms on the Irish harp, while Ajeet dances through his intricate sound landscape with deep and rich percussion in his Bodhrán and touches of melody with the low whistle. Traditional influences are intertwined with their own unique softness to offer an unexpected and transforming musical dream.
