The stories of the old are often incoherent and boring. Do you need to listen to them? Names, dates and, in the case of old Bratislavans, languages are mixed in them. And how will you tell your grandchildren about today? About your wedding? About weekdays in Bratislava? What language will you speak to them? Provided the mouth still obeys the brain.
The production was based on the motifs of Jozef Tancer's book: Loose Languages.
The performance is trilingual, Slovak-Hungarian-German. We present it with subtitles in all three languages.
Premiere: Bratislava, 2025
Length: 70 minutes, without intermission
For VŠMU students, entry is free if the hall is not sold out (hall capacity: 76).
Végig kell hältni? Keverednek bennük a nevek, az évszámok, az ittós pozsonyiaknál a nyelvek is. Ti hogy mujalitek majd el a mai napot az unokáitonkak? And the wedding ceremony? And pozsonyi hůdůvškakat? Milyen nyelven fogtok mjazlni? Feltéve, ha még engedelmeskedni fog a száj az agynak.
