lawyer and tax consultant with more than 12 years of experience. Lenka is the founder of the law firm PALUCHOVA TAX LAW, which specializes in providing tax and legal advice in setting up tax structures, preparing the company for sale and representation before the tax administrator.

👩🏼‍⚖️ Mária Horváthová

Mária has more than 35 years of experience in the field of accounting and auditing the financial statements of entrepreneurs. For several years, she worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, where she set the rules for the accounting of entrepreneurs. She worked in the Presidium of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors. He currently works at PALUCHOVA TAX LAW, where he advises clients on setting up accounting. In addition to classic consulting, it plays an important role in designing structures and preparing the company for sale. He actively works in the National Accounting Council and the Accounting Commission of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors. She passes on her professional experience as a lecturer and author of professional articles.
