How to motivate CHILDREN to exercise AT HOME!

I salute all parents who daily deal with reluctance, lack of interest and great emotions in children when trying to exercise with them at home. For example, for flat feet, falling ankles, diastasis, weakened middle of the body, spine, etc...
If you want to come, exercise with me, look at it all through the eyes of children and write down some good and proven tips from practice... You are welcome!
We will look at the motivation of how to introduce exercises into the daily family routine, proven exercises and aids and much more.
