For whom the course is intended:
For parents of children aged 3 to 6 years, with an interest to actively address the flat or falling ankles at home. How to exercise successfully in the home environment,
2. What exercises are appropriate and what to watch out for exercise,
3. How to motivate a child to exercise,
4. What to focus on exercise,
5. How to use household equipment for exercise,
6. How to build habit and achieve results,
7. To support the achievement and maintenance of the desired results. Contains:
Theoretical and practical part and space to answer questions. The practical part means that I will exercise and play with my parents. We will play situations from the normal day when the child does not want to cooperate. And we find instructions on how to solve them. Together we work out all the exercises and play games so that parents can show the exercises to children and motivate them to exercise daily.
