Ako si prečítať svet? Verzia – svetová literatúra v slovenskom preklade

Have you ever wondered how foreign literature reaches Slovakia and what it takes to be able to read it? How are books translated and how is a literary magazine created?

We invite you to a discussion with the founders of the association of literary translators, editors Gabriela Magová and Barbara Sigmundová. The theme of the event will be their work, activities and especially the literary magazine Verzia, which they have been publishing for the sixth year.

In an interview with moderator Michal Tall, they will take you behind the scenes of the creation of Verzie and introduce you to some of their favorite numbers.

Entry is free.
