They were created by Jana Chynoradská during the years 2010 - 2019, when she faced challenges in both her personal and professional life. Today, these principles form the basis of Learn & Lead Innovation, an organization that connects people in education in Slovakia, Europe and the world. We believe that they are the core of personal mastery - an approach that changes the way people lead themselves and others.
Learn & Lead Innovation offers these principles as a way to help find strength, confidence and courage to handle challenges and live a more fulfilling life - at work, in relationships and in oneself.
Lecturer
PaedDr. Jana Chynoradská is the founder and leader of Learn & Lead Innovation, author and professional guarantor of the educational innovation of the same name. She works as a lecturer, mentor and project manager specializing in the development of people and communication in learning organizations. She is the president of the International Association of Innovative Teachers and Managers in Education (IAITME) and inspires teachers and leaders to build trust and a culture of learning.

☕ 18:30 – 18:45 – coffee break and light refreshments
🕖 18:45 - 20:00 - 2nd part of the workshop: application of principles, sharing and creation of a personal "guide"
