EURACTIV SLOVAKIA Portal cordially invites you to an online discussion entitled How Slovaks Make Emissions Charge ?, which will take place on March 12, 2025 from 14:00 to 15:30 through Zoom.
- They will make it for gas heating as well as for driving in cars with internal combustion engines. Member States will receive money for vulnerable groups from the socio-climate fund, if they introduce ETS 2 in time it is up to EUR 1, 7 billion, but if the government will postpone the deadline, it will only be EUR 1.28 billion. They can spend direct assistance to people, but also to restore their homes or the passage of households and small companies to renewable resources.
