Course participants will learn about the basics of psychosomatic insight, which helps to fully understand the client's life situation and more effectively determine their needs in accordance with § 109 of the Act on Social Services. They will become familiar with the mechanisms of the emergence of psychosomatic symptoms in the context of social stress and learn to recognize these signals during social investigation and screening activities. The course emphasizes the practical skills of the graduates, which they can immediately use in practice - psychosomatic interview techniques, work with a genosociogram to identify burdens and resources in the client's social environment, a scaling method for mapping the client's subjective state and stress assessment.
