✨ The goal of the workshop is to support teachers, educators, lecturers, parents at secondary school and all children's education enthusiasts in the use of activating methods that develop students' internal motivation, cooperation, creativity and responsibility for their own learning.
The workshop offers practical demonstrations of activating methods suitable for pupils of the 1st and 2nd cycle of elementary school - from short bursts of thought through movement and creative activities to more complex projects. Each method will be presented graphically, playfully and with a clear goal.
Participants will take away a "package" of proven methods that they can immediately include in their teaching.
🤷♀️Why activate students?
An active student learns permanently. When a child thinks, explores and discovers, he engages more senses and emotions - and thus learns more deeply.
The motivation and joy of learning increases. Children who can express themselves, feel successful and cooperate acquire a positive attitude towards absorbing information.
Independence and responsibility develop. Activating methods lead students to their own decisions and solutions, not passively receiving information.
Communication and social ties are encouraged. Learning in interaction with classmates strengthens empathy, respect and the ability to listen to others.
