We invite you to another art course at the Ethnographic Museum.
At the workshop we will use the ageless blue-and-white combination of blueprints and move it a little further, into the world of watercolors. In the introduction, we will get to know the possibilities of blue dyes and talk about how a true blue print is created. After that, we will try out the design of our own motif on paper and show how to achieve a beautiful white pattern when painting with watercolors, without using an opaque white.
We will use master watercolors and other water colors and we will work with them on special watercolor paper.
You will take away from the workshop a "blue print" greeting card, bookmark or gift tag.
All tools will be available at the course. You can take an apron with you to avoid getting dirty.
