|| ala | meda || (known as Alameda 5) is a five-member band that is considered one of the most innovative and most original bands that emerged from the Polish underground scene. In her new album “Spectra 02”, the preference of the collective for the music of the global south leads to a fascinating fusion of subequatorial inspiration and industrial sounds. Even though the band has left their herbal rock and avant-progue roots far behind, their talent for experiments and the search for new forms is still there. By diving deeper into the rhythms of Batida, Gqom and Afro-Caribbean music, || ala | meda || still a live band that combines all the advantages of a live performance on stage with the sense of community characteristic for club music. The main idea of the new orientation of the band is a complete fusion of electronics and live music and the abolition of all boundaries between high and low art, sublime and vulgar works, avant-garde and entertainment, music for the soul and equally for the body. However, it is neither a postmodern festival for tired ghosts nor a nostalgic longing for a long -lost unity with nature, but a new realism in a constantly changing world. href = "https://brutalitygarden.bandcamp.com/"> https://brutalitygarden.bandcamp.com/
