About event
On Friday, May 22, the past meets the present, improvisation meets electronics, and music meets the pure unpredictable at the Stromoradie music club on Friday, May 22.
ALI IBN RACHID are returning to their roots – the album Ružové dětí is a return to the beginning, but also proof that even after almost 40 years on the scene, they still have something to say. Expect dense bass lines, electronics, controlled improvisation and older songs in a new (and original) guise.
"In 1986 in Prešov (probably) the group Ali Ibn Rachid was formed. This album is a return to the beginning".
The project contains six songs based on bass line, electronics and vocals in contrast with elements of controlled improvisation (bass, guitar, drums and violin).
The concert will also include older compositions, e.g. Naďa in the original version with bass guitar (M. Marinčák)
music and lyrics: Ľubomír Burgr
guitar: Daniel Hurtuk
bass guitar, violin, electronics, vocals: Ľubomír Burgr
bass guitar: Martin Marinčák
drums: David Burgr
