Come and Tomáš Louny this time immerse in the breathtaking landscape of Alaska and Canada through a unique 3D screening! We will start with the majestic glacier and the historic copper mine Kennicott, from where we set out on a raft on the glacier river, which will take us to the Copper River delta. Then we head to Yukon, Canada, where we visit Dawson City - the legendary Golden Fever Center on Klondika. We will explore the wild scenery of nearby Tombstone Territorial Park and finally be carried away by the beauty of Delta River, beaver home and unrestrained nature.
Tomáš Loun - programmer from Olomouc, who will guide you through this legendary corner of the world is a traveler and enthusiast for stereophotography, whose biggest hobby became the stereoscopic capture of the world in 3D. For more than ten years he has been involved in steroscopic photography and his pictures can be seen on the website and FB - stereofotky.cz. In addition, he writes travelogues from his travels and organizes stereoscopic screenings. As a member of the Club of Stereoscopic Photography, he still discovers new ways to best bring viewers to depths and realism using the lens.
Even the screening at this year's final Kudrn traveling lecture will be historically for the first time and extremely stereoscopic. Necessary polarizing glasses are available on the spot to rent. Stereophotography is a method where two images are taken - one for the left, the other for the right eye. They are taken from places about 7 cm distant, which corresponds to the pitch of our eyes. Using two projectors and polarization glasses that you get lent, then each eye sees your image and the brain re -creates the illusion of space, so you feel that you are directly in the image. This is not a novelty, the first stereoscope - a device for viewing stereophotography - was constructed in 1850. You are currently known this method under the name 3D.
