We invite you to the christening of resident Lenka Štefanková's zine, which is the result of her more than a month's stay and creation in the City of Culture 2024 as part of the ALL IN RESIDENCE / ARTISTS IN TOWN project.
Lenka devoted herself to the stories of the city and its inhabitants in Humenno. . In the medium of drawing, she captured places, people and stories that can surprise even the people at home. Perhaps she managed to reveal new connections and clarify the mysteries that are barely circling our city. If you want to discover them with her, be sure to stop by on Saturday, December 14 at 3:00 p.m. in the space of the NERV platform at the launch of a unique zine.
Lenka Štefanková is a young illustrator with a passion for science fiction and comics. She exhibited, for example, at the LUSTR Illustration Festival in Prague, Zine Art Exhibition A4 in Bratislava, Identification – International youth graphic art exhibition / Ľvov. She designed the visual identity for Amnesty International Slovakia / "Nevyhnutná potrava bývať" and designed illustrations for Slovak language textbooks / ABCE EDU.
The event is part of the City of Culture 2024 project, which was publicly supported by the Art Support Fund.
