curator/Curator: Zuzana-Markéta Mack It promises success through continuous work on themselves, strategic self -regulation and optimization, but in fact it generates a permanent state of expectation. The progress becomes a conditional horizon that is constantly moving away. The exhibition focuses on this paradox: burnout does not arise as a side effect of capitalist logic, but as its direct product. The body, psyche and affective economy are subordinate to rhythms oscillating between overload and emptiness, between projection and disillusion.

The Neoliberal Narrative of Productive Self-Development Promises Success by Ceaselessly Working On OneSelf, Through Strategic Self-Regulation and Optimization-But In Fact, Such APPROACH Generates and Permanent State of Expectations. The Idea of ​​Progress Is Based on and Constantly Reckeding, Conditional Horizon. The Exhibition Takes This Paradox As Its Focus: Burnout is Not A Side Effect of Capitalist Logic, But Its Direct Product.
