Studio ALTA will visit the Punctum-Krásovka area of Žižkov for the first time in its traveling program ALTA Tours. We are expecting an evening in which two foreign artists and their collectives will complete their residencies and present a work-in-progress of their latest work.
Agata Sinarska and Miradonna Sirkka are experienced and internationally recognized personalities whose practices freely move between genres: from dance to noise concert, from new circus to performance-installation. Their joint evening is a celebration of intensity, where we can find new hope for the future on the fragments of deconstructed reality.

Nonstop Paradise is an interdisciplinary project including a video exhibition, a performance and a written publication. Nonstop Paradise relentlessly drives towards paradise, exploring and deconstructing the image of what paradise really is. At first glance, paradise appears as a naive, wonderful holiday destination, which on closer inspection reveals the unsustainability of the Western lifestyle, which is built at the expense of others. Beneath the hedonistic escape from reality hides the need for connection.
Miradonna Sirkka is an artist working in the field of performance art and contemporary circus, director and performer based in Helsinki. Her works are a multidisciplinary mix and worlds to immerse yourself in; they include performances, installations, videos, sound works and media art. She draws inspiration from human contact, everyday awkwardness and radical honesty.

ALTA tour is the nomadic dramaturgy line of Studio ALTA. This time it will lead us to the iconic art space Puncum-Krásovka in Žižkov. Within one evening, two international artists and their collectives will conclude their residencies and present work-in-progress of their latest works.
Both Agata Siniarska and Miradonna Sirkka are experienced and internationally renowned personalities whose practices move freely between genres: from dance to noise concert, from new circus to performance-installation. Their joint evening is a celebration of intensity, where on the shards of deconstructed reality we can find new hope for the future.
