In November, we will meet together with the festival alternative to the routine ritual of the Swedish project Funeral Folk and the transcendental performance of Jules Reidy.

Funeral Folk was created by Swedish violinist Sara Parkman and composer Marie W Horn. Together they are exploring rituals of sadness and music phenomenology of death through folk practices and current influences. Maria and Sara have known each other since adolescence, when they played in the band in their hometown Hรคrnรถsand in ร ngermanland, Sweden. The common background also transformed into the songs Funeral Folk, which reflects the influences of spiritual music and black metal, or learned the technique of lamentation from Finnish Karelia, which is used to express personal and collective sadness and sings in burials as a guide to their last journey. Jules Reidy maps human experience in various sound combinations a distinctive version of guitar music. On the Ghost/Spirit Reida record, he records his own transformation path, transforming the relationship to earth and transcendental, and the ability to again create some of the ruins and remnants of things that succumbed to destruction. The album is accompanied by broken guitar motifs and samples of close voices - Reidy deconstructs and folds into new forms. The album of the influential figures of the current Berlin scene was published this February under the label Thrill Jockey. The alternative reveals the first names of this year and as traditionally it is a distinctive selection from the edges, which includes novel connections or local attractions. Already 33. The edition will take place on weekends 14-15. and 21. - 22. November. The first wave of announced artists and artists covers a wide range of approaches in contemporary bold music from free improvisation to radical electronics.
