Ambient session: Mikoláš Růžička & Pierre Urban

At the beginning of summer, in the intimate atmosphere of the hall, we immerse ourselves in peace, breath and sound. This evening will be in the spirit of an ambient mass - a gathering where music replaces words and attention turns inward. On a heated floor or in a comfortable seating area, surrounded by a delicate aroma, two ambient sets and joint improvisation with the piano will be played. A space to stop, listen and be "here and now" awaits you.

Pierre Urban
It moves between music, creativity and mental well-being. In his sets, he works with space, silence and slow tempo as tools for focused listening. It combines ambient layers with gentle rhythms and creates an environment in which to slow down for a moment. Recently, he has been concentrating on connecting ambient with elements of pop and looking for a sensitive balance between intimacy and accessibility.

Mikoláš Růžička
His solo work moves between neoclassical music and ambient. In his home studio, he recorded the trilogy Doma I.-III., which captures the presence and intimacy of time together with family. This year he also released a record bardo, thematically referring to the Tibetan concept for the state between death and rebirth. This time he will present his live ambient set.
