Event by: Akuttmedisinsk Gruppe (AMG)
Location: Sklabinská, Sklabinská, Martin
About event
📣 We welcome you to this autumn's second course town!
This time the trip goes to beautiful Martin - a charming student town in the middle of Slovakia, surrounded by mountains and known for its Norwegian medical student environment! Together with ANSA and Nmf Utland in Martin, we invite you to a weekend full of emergency medicine and practical simulation! 💉🔥🚑
🔔 SCHEDULE
One day you'll be there when you're needed most - whether it's on the plane home from your place of study, at the emergency room or in the emergency department. You can look up folliculitis and strabismus in the book, but emergency medicine must be at hand.
Our aim is to make you safer in emergency situations. The skills you learn here are worth their weight in gold - both as a student and as a future healthcare professional. Our course weekends offer simulation, CPR, ABC, airway management, defibrillation and much, much more! 🚨🩺

🩺 WHO ARE WE AT AMG?
Akutmedisinsk Gruppe (AMG) is a student-run organization that organizes courses in emergency medicine for Norwegian medical students in Central Europe. Twice each semester we pack equipment, instructors and simulation dolls and travel to different study cities. The course weekends are carried out in collaboration with local contact persons - often from ANSA and/or Nmf.
During the weekend we hold several different courses, and you register yourself for the courses you want to attend. Here you can tailor your own weekend - whether you want to learn AHLR, HHLR, emergency ABC skills or get an introduction to the use of ultrasound. 🚑💡
Do you have questions? Feel free to send us a message on Facebook or email. We look forward to seeing you in Martin for an unforgettable weekend! 🎉
