This Afternoon of Stillness is a light half-day retreat held in Vienna, designed to help you slow down, breathe again, and listen to the quiet wisdom within.

✦ Schedule Overview

Part 1 — Arriving in Stillness
Time: 2:30 – 4:30 PM
We begin with a guided arrival, quiet breathing, and gentle awareness.
As the outside world grows busy, you’ll be invited to step inward — into calm, clarity, and peace.

Interlude — Tea & Gentle Sharing
Time: 4:30 – 5:00 PM
A light tea break, small bites, and a few quiet words — or silence, if you prefer.

Part 2 — Inner Quiet and Reflection
Time: 5:00 – 6:30 PM
A shared moment of deeper stillness and inner listening, allowing calm to settle before you return to the evening world.
