About event
We invite you to the opening of the exhibition "crossing the borders", which will take place on 11/12/2025 at 17:00 and will present the latest work of Andy and Dávid Gore. The exhibition will last until January 31, 2026 and will be curated by Lenka Šafranová.
The paintings of Andy and Dávid Gore are an extension of reality. While Dávid's work is based on observation of the external world, Andy's works reflect his inner experience. What appears to be abstract at first glance is actually a particular depiction of a concrete natural scenery or an expression of a clearly defined emotional or psychological state. The work of both authors thus indirectly turns attention to the viewer himself - he asks him the question to what extent he is able and willing to imagine possible and recognize concrete worlds in an atypical, original artistic language.
