About event
A world-famous story about growing up and the Holocaust, recorded by a thirteen-year-old girl - Anne Frank.
Thirteen-year-old Anne Frank, together with her family and seven other people, hid in the back of a building in Amsterdam for two years during the Second World War. Anna wrote down and recorded everything that happened around her. When, in March 1944, she heard on Orange Radio a call for citizens to provide their notes to the collection for historical purposes, she began to transcribe her notes into a book. The notes end with a text that Anna recorded just a few days before she and her family were found by soldiers and dragged off to a concentration camp.
