*More info about the workshop:

Every night - without exception - you will dive into a dream reality. You let yourself be carried away by a flood of seemingly unrelated images, dramatic events, unforeseen encounters, disjointed developments and unconventional resolutions. Sometimes you wake up deeply moved and other times you wish to erase this night's journey. "It was just a dream," you say to yourself.
What if these nocturnal adventures are not just a collection of random images, but weave a precise, clear, and deeply embodied picture of everyday life? What if they revealed to you a personalized inner map showing the possibilities you face and possible responses to your reality?

The practice will combine intuitive ways of creating with conscious choreographic choices. We will dive into an embodied exploration of nighttime and waking dreams and discover how images affect us, how they change our presence and shape our decisions. We will playfully move between the real and the imaginary, between action and observation, expanding our awareness of the endless flow of impulses and choosing which one we will follow, shape and embody.

When external signposts do not work, the only possible direction is a radical return inward. Collectively discovered answers are applied to life. The dialogue between dreaming and waking reality develops a sense of belonging, collective and shared responsibility.

We will move playfully between real and imagined, between doing and observing, expanding an awareness of the endless flow of impulses, able to choose which one to follow, form and embody. The work aims at revealing the active role of the observer and embodying a multilayered process of sense-making.

When the outer signposts lose their validity, a radical re-turn within is the only possible direction. Collectively discovered answers are applied to life. From a dialogue of dreaming and waking reality, a sense of belonging, collective and shared responsibility unfolds.
