Ansa Sauermann • Berlin • Monarch

"In 2014 his first single" Photo "was released on the EP of the same name. Since then, Ansa Sauermann has released three albums and 40 songs. 2017 "White Love", 2020 "Rümmerlotte" and in 2023 finally "you get what you need". Whether solo, in the trio or as a 5-member band, Ansa has played into the hearts of his fans over the years. In 2023 he was involved in a film soundtrack for the first time in "Sophia, Death and I" and the following year also in the much -acclaimed element of crime document "When it gets dark and cold in Berlin" by Charly Hübner. As a support of Faber, again in 2025 at Element of Crime, or on his own tours, the Dresdner, who has long since become happy in Vienna, has lost none of his joy of playing and is far from enough.

He is currently in the middle of the recordings for his fourth album, which is expected to be released in March 2026. After convincing with gentler tones on his third and last album "You get what you need", he brings out to be a big all -round on his fourth disc. The acoustic guitar, which has dominated in the past, is increasingly exchanged for electric guitars and melancholic dreaminess gives way to angry begasial. He is not concerned with pointing to others with his finger, but rather about giving it up in the wounds of our time uncomfortably and pointed. But as always, the romance is not neglected at Ansa Sauermann, which gives us in times of increasing uncertainty & division, support and confidence. Because what else is it worth fighting and keeping hope up, if not for love.
