About event

4 New beers
performance - lecture - tasting - party

4. We will introduce you to 4 new unusual beers from our production! One historical and just 3 new hibernaty!

>> Historical Mild Anthropoid
Around the first beer will be a little spinning in the evening. In cooperation with Ondra Soukup, we tried to bring the most common beer in the Britain in the period of austerity measures in the 2nd World War. Such could be the beer that was encountered by paratroopers who went through the British military bases for preparatory training. Yes, even those paratroopers who assasssed the Reich Protector Reinhard Heydrich.
Mild Anthropoid is 8 ° but cooked for the anniversary of the Heydrichiada according to the historical recipe from the British and partly - because of the unavailability - self -made ingredients so that we can approach its historical form as far as possible.
And since we were brewed on the occasion of the Anthropoid Conference, organized by the British Embassy in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are lucky that Jiří Plachý from the Military History Institute at our performance will bring us closer to the everyday of CS soldiers. At the same time, we will talk about Milde himself as previously absolutely essential British beer variety to include everything in a wider context.

The other three introduced beers come from our barric project Hibernata

>> The historical India Pale, but Lutea
with another beer we will stay in the genre - this time more free - return to the past. In this beer, we tried to return to the time when the phrase (India) pale was marked with substantially different beer than today. Robust, but boiled in an area with very mineral water, very bitter, cold, and after a long ripening in an oak barrel in the presence of head hops with very clear traces of wild yeast. Today, we associate this kind of beer mainly with exports to British colonies in India.

>> The wild pale, but this pale has matured for more than a year in an oak barrel on Bordeaux with the help of wild yeast and bacteria to go through long maturation in the bottle. This helped to clarify the contours of shades of wound fruit, herbal and woody freshness, which releases a place on the scene of low bitterness. Beer made only of light malt, but thanks to long boiling and the following maturation, a distinctive pomegran color and tones of dried fruit resembling sherry have gained. We got here with a beer following the example of Belgian and British pre -images so close to oxidative wine as we managed to "press" from the beer.
