What if I have nice shoes but no soul
When someone changes their attitude, they say they change their coat. But what if someone wears different shoes? Do shoes have an effect on our personality, do they change how we act or how we behave?
Antonie Zichová in the exhibition What if I have beautiful shoes, but no soul is pretended to think about one's own physicality and its overlaps in changing clothes. He explores various obsessions and fetishes that accompany us in life, based primarily on his own obsessions.
In a world where everyday life and fictional elements mix, we take shoes made of hair and go for a walk, where it is not certain whether we will return as someone else. But there's nothing you can do, there's no going back.
