Antragswerkstatt [HIER KOMMT EIN PROJEKT]
Application workshop [Here is a project]
Event by: PAP Berlin: Performing Arts Programm Berlin
Location: Theaterhaus Berlin Mitte, Wallstraße 32, Berlin - Mitte
About event
With Katharina von Wilcke (curator, producer, consultant), Christin Eckart (Performing Arts program Berlin) and guests
15. Until September 17th, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In this three -day workshop, everything revolves around the application and presentation of your projects: On the first day, we will devote ourselves together to write understandable concepts and project descriptions. We concentrate on building a content structure, practice different text tools, exchange ideas about style questions and consider how the transfer from one language to the other can best be achieved. On the second day, we translate the concepts into numbers and try to draw up realistic cost and financing plans with fair budgets. On the third day, the focus is on self-and-project presentations: How do I impress my work on others when I quickly encountered my work? How does the conversation about my project work with organizers? What does a convincing pitch include? We are also looking forward to a surprise guest at the end, which gives us insight into the organizer perspective.
The workshop is aimed at cultural actors with first application experience that communicate and write safely in German speakers. In order to be able to work in a concrete and practical way, we ask the participants to bring a short text of a maximum of 2000 characters including space for a future or past project. Participants also need a laptop on which Excel is installed, and - if available - a cost financing plan for your project.
in German speaker, Q&A in English speaker possible
Registration by September 8, 2025 to [email protected]
