Jöry Pauwels' courses are known for their quality in our region. This time we are bringing a course focused on the peripheral nervous system - with a translation into Slovak.



Participating in the Applied Peripheral Neurology course will enable participants to understand the symptoms originating from the peripheral nervous system, to understand the mechanisms of their occurrence in the most common places of oppression and then to effectively solve them in clinical practice.



During the course we will address questions such as for example:



How to understand and treat pseudoischialgia.
What might be the relationship between ovulation and pain on the medial side of the knee.
What is the cause of paresthesias in patients with negative imaging results and how to treat them.
What is the difference between a neurotome and a dermatome - and what if the clinical picture does not correspond to either.
How to effectively manage acute herniations discs and understand the neurological symptoms that accompany them.
Why some patients return repeatedly with low back pain every few months.
How to understand and use the gut-disc axis concept.
How to combine dermatomes, myotomes and other -tomes into a clinically comprehensible model.
How to understand and treat Sudeck's syndrome and hyper-facilitated segment.
How to perform and interpret clinical peripheral neurological examination.
How to classify symptoms and strengthen your clinical reasoning.
How to apply sliders and gliders as a diagnostic and treatment technique.
How to approach patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, Morton's neuralgia, piriformis syndrome, pseudoischialgia or upper aperture syndrome.

For successful registration it is necessary to pay a deposit of €150 to the IBAN, which will be sent to you by e-mail within 48 hours of registration.

The remaining amount can be paid in cash or by bank transfer before the start of the course.



It is not currently credited (we do not cooperate with SKF).

After graduation, the participant will receive a diploma of graduation.
