A swimming pool from the 1980s was carefully converted and expanded. Two bridges connect the new 25-meter training hall with the existing building, forming a green passage between old and new. The striking green steel frame that surrounds the new building is explained, and we are guided through the 6 meter high wooden structure with floor-to-ceiling glazing. Those responsible for the project also show us the renovated existing wing with its raised roof, which brings more room height and daylight.

This project is one of the 40 best buildings in Europe, which will be nominated for the 2026 Architecture Prize EUmies Award were selected.
