🎉 THE FIRST FLASH MOB ARENA IS HERE 🥳
🤗 What is a flash mob? 🤔 It's a group event that aims to surprise passers-by with movement in a public place.
🍀We want to express joy, creativity and energy together and support mental and physical health and well-being just in the period when the days are shorter and the sun's rays are decreasing! 💃🕺
💞Everyone can join, even passers-by at any time, because the movements will be very simple and will be repeated.
🫵🏻 Come among us and support this beautiful idea, find light in the darkness, take a deep breath, release stress and support the community. Exercise with us, warm up your body. It's only for a few minutes, you'll do something nice not only for yourself, but you'll show others how important it is to move. Because MOVEMENT IS LIFE! Let's move and live! 🌬️
