This Argas Tech Event is the first to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of Cypress and . This popular tooling has many users, where it is good to know in which situation and for which application this tooling is most suitable.

In the second part of the evening we look at a new model for test automation: the test automation quadrant . This model is an alternative to the classic test automation pyramid, and mainly emphasizes the added value and the efficiency of your tests. Michiel is an experienced software tester on test automation. He has a passion for guaranteeing quality in software development and regards himself as a Quality Engineer. His expertise is mainly in the field of test automation for UI, API and mobile applications in a DevOps environment. In addition, Michiel has also gained a lot of knowledge and experience with Java.


Peter Schrijver - Test Engineer Argas

Peter is a driven and enthusiastic tester with broad knowledge in all test areas. Automation is an important part of this. In recent years he has built up a broad knowledge of automation tools such as Postman, Cypress, Applitools, Jmeter to name a few. In addition, he has a lot of knowledge in working with various programming languages, such as Java, C#, Swift, JavaScript and Typescript and the corresponding development environments.
