About event
4. Individual techniques and practices in 2026
Come to repeat the details in balance, or will you polish the steps from the lessons in peace? Our Techniques and Practices are here for you throughout the school year!
βThis format is divided into two key parts:
βIndividual technique: We will focus on your body β posture, axis, footwork and stability. These are exercises that will dramatically improve your dancing in a couple.
Practices: Space for free training. We are here for you if you need to consult something, fix something or just want to "dance" a new figure with your partner in a friendly atmosphere.
