About event
Armada
Death Metal band from Mexico, which since its inception in 2009 conquers the world of hard music with its energetic and uncompromising work. These "Aztec wizards" bring a unique combination of raw death metal riffs, dark vocals and a powerful atmosphere that reflects the rich cultural heritage of Mexico. Their debut album "We Were Born to Die" (2012) introduced the band as the strength to count on. With the following albums "Rebellion My Religion" (2014) and "Self Flesh Sacrifice" (2020), they fixed the position of one of the most prominent names on the Mexican metal scene. The last album "Ancient Rite" (2023) showed that Armada is still pushing the boundaries of its genre and gaining recognition not only among fans but also critics around the world. In addition, the band released a new album this year, which presents another step in their musical evolution. The band played hundreds of concerts, including four successful European tours, and this year comes on the fifth tour, which will also visit Brno. On stage they bring an intense whirlwind of death metal melodies that pump every fan of extreme music.
