Fragrances are not just fragrances, a pleasure for our sense of smell. The power of nature is subtle, hidden in every plant and in their essences. Quality essential oils offer healing gifts for our bodies, emotions and spirit.
At the workshop you will learn about the many therapeutic properties of EO, handling and practical skills that will open up the possibilities of aromatherapy for your home practice. At home, you can create an aromatherapy first aid kit that will help you and your loved ones with many ailments, from colds to headaches to coping with trauma.
The workshop will be experiential with many olfactory and meditative sensations. You will receive written documents and mix 2 pieces of your own roll-on and a nasal inhaler.
Small refreshments will be available on site. Bring only stationery and comfortable clothes.
