https: // www.anticteatre.com/events/event/arro-con-mano-malvin-starlin-puerca-de-goma/?lang=en
Choreography and Interpretation: Malvin Starlin Montero Frías
Music: Malvin Montero Puerca de Rubber
The work highlights the pelvis as the center of the movement, connecting with ancestral dances such as Gaga to recover the Afro-descendant inheritance, systematically denied in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. In addition, it addresses non -binary gender expressions (Cuir), using chaos as a symbol of resistance to limits imposed by colonial binarism. This project invites the public to reflect on cultural identity, self -perception and liberation of the body through a dance that celebrates disorder. (Barcelona).
