🌿🎭This time we’ll start our art picnic with a spontaneous theater #playback
❓How’s that?
This is when we can allow ourselves to be real, breathing and inspiring, in touch with ourselves, the world and others...
In the space we create ourselves, each and everyone will be able to consider their exclusivity and originality.
👉 remember and develop our natural spontaneous essence
👉 reconnect with the body that loves to move from impulse
👉 learn to realize and express your feelings
👉 listen, hear and understand another person
👉 explore the world through the eyes of other people and enjoy the ecological interaction with each other
👉 the ability to find new meanings in new created conditions

😇Know yourself and others through nature, movement, breathing, joint creativity and creation.
(plans: yoga warm-up, body-motor techniques, acquaintance with playback theater, drawing, MAC).
