In a world that moves fast and asks a lot from us, finding space to simply be can feel rare. This workshop offers a calm, welcoming environment where creativity and mindfulness meet. It’s not a traditional art class, and it’s not therapy—it's a gentle experience inspired by the principles of art therapy.
You’ll learn simple, beautiful painting techniques that anyone can do, regardless of experience. We’ll start with a brief discussion on how art supports emotional wellness, followed by a short demo of suggested techniques and projects. Then we’ll dive into your own meditative holiday creations—gift tags, cards, place cards, and more. There will be plenty of time to connect with others throughout the process.
