Art Therapy Circle – Creative Healing in Community / Círculo de Arteterapia

Welcome to the **Art Therapy Circle** – a small, supportive space for creative healing and self-expression through art.
This group is for adults interested in exploring art therapy in a safe, non-judgmental setting. No artistic experience is needed. We focus on the *process*, not the final result. You don’t need to be “good at art”—just come with curiosity and openness.
We meet once a month at the beautiful **Tandem Studios**, a calm and inspiring space in central Barcelona. Each session is guided by **Valentina Freifeld**, certified art therapist and founder of Creative & Wellness.
All materials are provided.
💶 **Cost per session:** €30
👥 **Group size:** Max 6–8 people
📍 **Location:** Tandem Studios, Barcelona
This is not an art class. It’s a therapeutic space. We use the creative process to explore emotions and connect more deeply with ourselves—without judgment or interpretation.
📝 **To join the group, you must book your spot via WhatsApp.**
