In each of us there is a piece of a playful child, the soul of an artist is hidden in everyone.
Come and discover it in yourself.
👉 Art therapy studio is a space for everyone who is looking for a safe space for personal change, a path to oneself, naming different life situations, emotions, or just getting to know interesting art techniques.
Space of safety, acceptance and knowledge
👉 Fine art serves here as a means of personal expression. It is not important what the final work will look like - it is not evaluated. The process of artistic creation is important, it is already healing.
❤️ Self-experience awaits you, the opportunity to change something, discover connections and enjoy time with yourself.
❤️ It is a space for creative self-discovery, for relaxation and meeting not only with yourself, but also with other people.
The studio takes place in a group of a maximum of eight people, who meet regularly once a month on Friday evening.
What you can do enjoy?
👉 you will try different art techniques of painting and drawing
👉 you will get to know the art therapy technique - smejváku
👉 you will experience your own imagination - or imagination - and try to capture it in color
👉 we will take a look on the visualization method and you will create an inspiring collage
👉 you will learn to be with yourself for a while
