About event
Art Therapy Meetings
ART THERAPY leads us to explore, learn and perceive ourselves and the world through artistic experiences that come from our creative expression.
Through Drawing, Painting, Clay and Collage
we will see what needs to be expressed in our inner world.
It helps us to understand relationships and to understand the environment in which we live.
The lessons are prepared in advance on a selected topic so that the process of Understanding and Release takes place directly on meeting.
How does the meeting take place?
a topic is entered, which will be processed by Creation.
After finalizing the given topic, we will examine and become aware of it, for your deeper understanding. In this way, you will find in a simple and effective way answers to the questions that you are solving internally and you will leave with understanding.
-------------------------- --------
It is exclusively about intuitive creation, about the space of our Subconscious, which is manifested through CREATION. You don't need to know how to draw or have art skills.
It has a therapeutic range.
