Art therapy WORKSHOP: DIALOGUE WITH THE UNCONSCIOUS – SHADOW IN THE CREATIVE PROCESS

What you can look forward to:
The weekend is dedicated to deepening the experience of the art therapy process as a way of contacting the unconscious.
The purpose of the weekend is to develop the ability to perceive the symbol and image as the language of the unconscious, to feel the transition between the conscious and the unconscious in the art therapy process and to perceive how the personal shadow is reflected in group dynamics. Part of the intention is to support sensitivity, openness and trust in the creative process as such.
The work will take place in the form of individual and group work, including collage, painting and work with different materials.
The process will be complemented by imagination, silence and process sharing in accordance with the principles of the SUR method. The space will also be dedicated to the reflection of the art therapy process and the symbolism of the shadow, while the emphasis will be placed primarily on the inner experience of the participants, not on analysis or interpretation.
