Arteterapia pre dospelých 28.4. - 16.6.2025

Adult art therapy with a focus on self -knowledge, identification and strengthening the strengths of the personality, working with emotions and a lot of fun relaxation, breathing and of course art therapy techniques. If you consider yourself not too creative or artistically proficient - this is no obstacle. The art therapy group also aims to awaken creativity - but in an unusual way. The work in the group also includes mutual exchange and communication about internal resources, progress and especially about mutual support. Looking forward to seeing you!
